Together we make each other better.

Stop trying to control what you can’t control and start controlling what you can control.

Evidently, there is a clear difference between a group and a team.

A Group is a collection of different people who work at the same time, while a team is a collection of different people who work together towards solve problems and achieving a common goal.

The team comes together by the leadership pointing out a clear direction, we take advantage of the differences, where seniors and juniors, different skills and experiences focus on the benefits, work actively with positive encouragement, positive reinforcement and are grateful that we have a lot to do and are facing change.

Together we become stronger, together we make each other better and together we will get through a tough period.

The alternative is to run around spreading stress, complaining about having a lot to do, spreading negative energy and actively focusing on the negative.

Our responsibility, my responsibility, your responsibility.

Everyone needs to see their part, take their responsibility and contribute to helping the process.

Accept that we are facing change, accept that we have a lot to do, work from here and direct the power forward.

See pressure as something positive where we have the opportunity to be strengthened individually and strengthened as a group.

Put things in perspective, dare to have a clear vision ahead where we then look back and say we made it together.

Perhaps the result is not about the result but about the development, lessons and relationships we created along the way.

Together we make each other better.
