Happy to meet the global leadership and be a part of H&M Summer MeetUp ahead of the launch of H&M’s largest venture in Brazil.

 

Participants from seventeen different countries where we reflected on strong teams, manage pressure, resilience, passion,  the importance of well-being, deliver value at a high pace, help and support each other to be sustainable, focus on what is good and the importance that everyone contributes with positive energy.

 

Teamwork is obvious not a one-man show, but with passion, create the fire in the belly, bring people together, be generous to each other, share information, knowledge and experience.

 

Where we benefit from differences, creates a group environment where we feel safe and included, where everyone contributes to the daily operations with a solution-oriented attitude and focusing to make each other better.
